Direct Deposit

AccuPay’s Direct Deposit service transfers employee pay directly from the employer’s bank account to the employee’s checking and/or savings accounts.

Advantages to the Employee:

• Can be away from work on pay day
• Can choose up to 6 different pay destinations (checking, savings or money market, or combination)
• Can have direct deposit calculated as a percentage or dollar amount of net pay
• Receives the same pay information as if receiving a paper check
• Doesn’t worry about losing a paper check
• Doesn’t have to drive to the bank, or wait in line at the bank

Advantages to the Employer:

• Doesn’t have to reconcile direct deposit pay. Pay clears on employer’s bank account on payday
• Enjoys enhanced security – no paychecks laying around in employee in-box
• Doesn’t require that employee be at work on pay day
• Doesn’t have to be at work on pay day – no signature required
• Eliminates special pay checks for employees away from office on payday
