Paperless Payroll

AccuPay gives employers choices to make their payrolls “paperless.”

Employer choices:

Payroll information can be given to AccuPay via e-mail, fax, phone or imported through "Online Employer."

If you like traditional methods to communicate payroll information to AccuPay, or use Online Employer, you control the reports you receive by viewing or downloading them yourself. Reports are available within minutes of processing.
- E-mail pay stubs to employees, or print for distribution
- Search employee records
- Choose to print only selected reports using a variety of print features
- Archive reports to PC
- Print to a pdf file for easy e-mail forwarding

Employees, using secure access, can view and print their own pay stubs and selected information about their payroll profile with our “Employer Services” module.
