I cannot recommend AccuPay enough! Their expertise and willingness to go above and beyond to help us navigate the complexities of a church's payroll (including clergy compensation) is unmatched. We appreciate their support, the timely way they respond to our questions, and the extra they do to ensure our employees payroll is accurate. We also appreciate having this resource in our local Indianapolis area community (versus using a national payroll company where we are just another number). Larry has, on multiple occasions, helped our employees figure out their tax liabilities and offered advice to mitigate tax issues. That has been very valuable for us. Thank you for great service!

Heather Conrad is incredibly attentive whenever I need her. I know if I email her with a question (whether urgent or otherwise), she will respond often within the hour.
Accupay has a lot of functionality for what it is. Of course, there is is always room for improvement and there are features I would love to see added, however this system does exactly what I need it to do. Processing payroll in Accupay is very simple and takes minimal effort. I can't think of many other Payroll/HRIS systems that are better suited for small businesses at this price point.
